You will: • Join a fast-moving team passionate about innovating and creating technology solutions for our clients. • Implement networking and systems solutions for F13’s clients. • Perform lab testing of networking and systems configurations to ensure smooth implementation into production. • Provide documentation for testing activities. • Provide documentation for assigned projects. • Identify and coordinate all customer service related activities and objectives with assigned customer base. • Serve as the technical representative for assigned network projects. • Provide recommendations and design on network change requests. • Identify Network design requirement errors and defects and develop correct actions response statements to appropriate owners/organizations. • Have a strong knowledge of how Enterprise network products are positioned and implemented. • Support network traffic analysis and bandwidth optimization efforts to ensure attainment of performance and availability objectives. • Evaluate and report on new/emerging network/communication technologies to enhance capacity, performance and reliability of the network. • Evaluate and recommend changes and/or technology upgrades to address performance, standardization and industry best practices • Follow all customer network security processes and procedures. • Ensures compliance with all Government policies adn GDPR policies. • Develop and maintain network architecture diagrams. • Be part of a team who cares about your personal and professional growth. • Design, build, and own various services and systems—from their conception to production and maintenance. • Take ownership of projects and oversee them with minimal direction. • Use statistics, monitoring, and data analysis techniques to create perfect win scenarios for clients.
You Have: • Fortinet NSE 1,2&3 • Fortinet Certification (NSE 4) within six months of training period. • 0-3 years working in IT at an enterprise or consulting firm. • Strong implementation and troubleshooting experience with a variety of switching, routing, vpn and TCP/IP based protocols. • Strong design and implementation experience in Juniper JunOS (MX, ACX and EX), Fortinet FortiOS and Products, Cisco, and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Platforms. • Extensive understanding of infrastructure and network theories, principles and concepts; application infrastructure and standards; networking fundamentals; Windows; Physical Server architecture; Virtualization Technologies (e.g. VMware, HyperV) and LAN/WAN/Firewall/VPN network technologies. • Understanding of designing, deploying and managing enterprise-scale networking systems that support critical customer infrastructure. • Experience in Infrastructure automation development and implementation of monitoring using systems such as Solarwinds, PRTG, PacketDesign and others. • Ability to support Help Desk, Incident, and Problem Management for Tier 2 incidents.
