Every year, when this day comes around, I find myself saying the same thing with the same conviction, there should genuinely be a national holiday on your birthday. Some people deserve to be celebrated just a little more than everyone else, and you’ve always been one of those people.

It’s strange how life moves on. The years pass, people grow, destinations change, and yet there are a few souls who remain untouched by time in our hearts. You’ve always been one of them for me.

We’ve come such a long way. When I look back, I don’t just remember moments, I remember a part of myself that only existed because you were there. Some people enter your life and become memories. Others become a part of who you are. You have always been the latter.

I’m genuinely so happy that you’ve found your life partner. Seeing you happy brings me a kind of peace that’s difficult to put into words. Once again, I wish you a beautiful married life filled with endless laughter, quiet understanding, unwavering companionship, and a love that grows stronger with every passing year. May every dream you both dream together find its way to reality.

At the same time, I’d be lying if I said life has ever felt quite the same without you. There has always been a quiet void one that never really asks to be filled because somewhere deep down, it knows that some places are reserved for only one person. Your importance in my life has never diminished with time. Distance may change conversations, circumstances may rewrite stories, but some people remain irreplaceable.

You’ll always be my favorite woman. You’ll always be that beautiful desire whose destination was never reached, a prayer that remained unfinished, a feeling that never asked for closure because loving you was never about possession it was always about gratitude.

There’s a couplet that has stayed with me for years, and every time I read it, it reminds me of how life teaches us to accept what it gives while still cherishing what it once showed us:

Kahan aake ruke the raste, kahan mod tha use bhool ja,
Wo jo mil gaya use yaad rakh, jo nahi mila use bhool ja.
Wo tere naseeb ki baarishein kisi aur chhat pe baras gayi,

Maybe that’s what life asks of us. But if I’m being truthful, there are some chapters you never really forget. You simply learn to smile when you remember them.

Because you are, and always will be, the most beautiful chapter of my life.

I’ve said this a million times, and I’ll say it over and over again in a million lives if I ever get the chance, you’ve meant more to me than words have ever been able to express.

Meri zindagi mein shamil hai kuchh tere bhi hisse,
Agar hum tum se na milte toh adhoore reh jaate.

And if anyone ever asks me the meaning of peace, my answer will always remain the same

Aur jab log poochhenge sukoon ka matlab,
Main hamesha tumhara naam lunga.

Some people leave footprints in your journey. You left your soul in mine.

No matter where life takes us, no matter how many seasons pass, I’ll always pray for your happiness before my own. I hope your smile never fades, your heart always feels loved, and every birthday reminds you of how deeply cherished you are by everyone fortunate enough to know you.
